In obtaining good results in viticulture, long time spans are unavoidable: even the ratio with temporal space is different, far removed from the industrial need for immediacy. In the vineyard, the most valued asseti is patience. The viticulturist must always have a humble attitude and never overstimate his capacities since each vintage produces different fruit that must be vinified in a particular manner but always with the maximum attention.
