Finally, after many months comes the final blending, one of the most delicate procedures in the entire wine-making process. Emanuele Nardi, a member of the third generation, who displays an innate talent for wine-making and has long had an active role in the winery, following agronomy studies, carries out this operation, assisted by famous Medoc wine expert Eric Boissenot.
